After understanding the current processes and problems, we draft a plan to implement the changes: timing, milestones, risk mitigation, validating assumptions and locking in roles.

After planning we start the implementation and bring the right stakeholders in throughout the execution.

At the end of the implementation we prepare the handover. This includes running the tests, training your people and coordinating the go-live/cutover.
